Zionex was established in Seoul in 2000 and currently operates from five locations: Seoul, Busan, Tokyo, Taipei, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Since 2010, the year after Aras, Inc. began offering the PLM solution Aras Innovator in Japan, partnership began to initiate implementation projects. Assistance has been provided to companies primarily engaged in design and development, as well as custom-designed production, including those in semiconductor manufacturing, power generation equipment, plants, heavy industry, automotive, and automotive parts. Support has been offered in managing technical information, quality control, project management, and more.
